Where will the tournaments be launched out of (what landing)?

All events will be held on the Mobile-Tensaw Delta with launch conditions & water levels determining what site will be used. We will be utilizing the Causeway for the Boat Show Event and either Lower Bryants or Dead Lake for the other events. The Classic event launch site will be voted on by the Qualifying teams.

How many places will be paid out in each event?

Fish’n Fever will payout 1 spot for every 5 boats (lowest place paid will always be $80)
Payout schedule for trail is available for all Fish’n Fever Tournament Trail members.

How can I secure a good blast off number for the year?

Teams paying for the entire year will secure their take off number and will not be bumped by teams paying later. Full payment of entry for an event is required to secure #.

How many substitutes are allowed for the year?

Each team is allowed 3 substitutes per year. Substitutes can fish for different anglers during the year. (Membership fee is required for subs)

What are the rules pertaining to carrying extra gas?

Teams can carry additional gas onboard their boat as long as it is in a US Coast Guard approved container and secured.

What are the rules pertaining to locking through at the dams?

Locking through is prohibited in all Fish’n Fever events.

Will polygraph tests be given at tournament events, and who will have to take them?

Polygraph tests will be administered at ALL EVENTS, the 1st place finishing team will be required to take test however any/all participants can be required to take polygraph.

Who should I ask if I have a question about the trail or a particular rule?

All questions should be directed to the Tournament Director (Wayne A. Miller), review of rules will be conducted at events routinely. It is the responsibility of each participating team to know and understand the rules prior to fishing the trail.
